BREAKING NEWS: Heavy Storm Rips off Papa Kwesi Ndoum Stadium Roofing

The roofing at the Papa Kwesi Ndoum Stadium has been ripped off following a heavy storm in the capital city of Central region, Cape Coast.

The newly built Stadium hosted the week 11 Ghana Premier League game between Elmina Sharks and WAFA in which the away side carried the day 2-1 to maintain their top spot of the Ghana Premier League log.

The Academ Boys produced a title-winning performance and Daniel Lomotey grabbed the goals in the first half.

Lomotey’s first on 28 minutes was exhilarating when he dribbled three defenders before walking the ball into the net.

Nine minutes later, he started the build up, played the one-two with Justice Amate and collected the wall pass to fire home his fourth goal of the season.

Substitute Samuel Arthur got the consolation at the death which happened to be the last activity of the match.
