They were accompanied by the second lady, Samira Bawumia, Minister for Zongo Development, Boniface Abubakari Saddique and other dignitaries.

The Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu led them in the Jumaah prayer and urged all Ghanaians to support the government to succeed.

Also, President Akufo-Addo thanked the Chief Imam and all those present for their prayers. He urged everyone to continue to pray for especially their son, Dr. Bawumia to accelerate Ghana’s economic development.
